Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Campusemporium.com, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Any customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order information and the reason for the return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be refunded through your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
