What is the process for exchanging an item?

To exchange an item at CWDKids.com, simply fill out the return/exchange form included with your order and specify the item you would like to exchange it for. Package up the item securely, include the form, and send it back to us using the shipping method of your choice. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item as quickly as possible. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
