Our return policy at Buyaccess.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free transactions. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team through our website or by phone. Once the return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that certain items may be subject to restocking fees or not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make the return process as smooth as possible.
