Our return policy at Business-supply.com is designed to provide our customers with a hassle-free experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any restocking fees, if applicable.
