Are there any materials that are not accepted for recycling by Brown's Recycling LLC?

Asked 7 months ago
Yes, Brown's Recycling LLC does have certain materials that are not accepted for recycling. We strive to be an environmentally responsible recycling facility, but there are limitations to the materials we can process. We cannot accept hazardous materials such as batteries, chemicals, or medical waste. Additionally, we do not recycle large appliances, mattresses, or furniture due to their size and complexity. Other items not accepted include styrofoam, mirrors, ceramics, and food waste. It is important to note that these restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of our workers and to maintain the efficiency of our recycling processes. If you are unsure about whether a specific item can be recycled, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
