Our return policy at Brandsonsale.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on customized or personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with a return authorization number and the necessary instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange promptly.
