Can I return a personalized/customized bowling ball?

Yes, at Bowling.com, we understand that occasionally you may not be satisfied with your personalized/customized bowling ball. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and therefore, we do accept returns on personalized/customized bowling balls. However, there are specific guidelines to follow. To be eligible for a return, the ball must not have been drilled or used. Customized bowling balls can only be returned within 30 days of purchase, and a restocking fee may apply. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
