At Bodytronics.com, we strive for customer satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. However, some items, including personalized products, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and exclude any shipping charges. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
