Our return policy at Bodybody.com is designed to provide our customers with a hassle-free experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer service team who will provide you with a Return Authorization number. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund excluding the original shipping charges. We pride ourselves on delivering quality products, but in case you encounter any issues, our friendly team is available to assist you throughout the return process.
