What is the return policy?

BlueSkyCycling.com believes in providing complete customer satisfaction, and therefore, offers a hassle-free return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. For returns due to product defects or shipping errors, BlueSkyCycling.com will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning the item for personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, who will provide you with a return authorization number. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will promptly issue a refund or offer an exchange.
