What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Blue Mercury is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, simply bring the item(s) along with the original receipt and packaging to any of our store locations. Please note that all returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Beauty tools and electronics can only be returned if they are in their original, sealed packaging. In case the product was purchased online, customers have the option to return it via mail. However, shipping fees may apply. We aim to process all returns promptly and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
