What is your exchange policy?

Our exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We provide options to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style within the same price range. In the event that the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund. All exchanged items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. We strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible to guarantee your utmost satisfaction with our products.
