Our return policy at BizCard Xpress is designed to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We strive to process returns quickly, typically within 5-7 business days. Please note that personalized or custom-printed items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error on our part. We highly value our customers and their positive experience with us, so please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for any concerns or assistance regarding returns.
