Our return policy at Bicyclebuys.com allows customers to return their purchases within 30 days of receiving the product. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or there might be a need for a different product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Additionally, the customer must provide proof of purchase. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the status of their return. If approved, the customer will be refunded the purchase price minus any applicable fees or charges.
