What is the return policy for items purchased online?
Our return policy for items purchased online is as follows: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 180 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We offer two convenient return options: you can return the item by mail or in-store. For mail returns, simply use the prepaid return label provided with your order and ship it back to us. If you prefer to return the item in-store, please bring the item, along with the packing slip or order confirmation email, to any Bergners store. Refunds for online purchases will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or final sale merchandise, may not be eligible for return.
