Our return policy at Beergifts.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. However, any shipping fees incurred for the return will not be refunded.
