If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, simply login to your Bcoutlet.com account, go to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label.
