What is the return policy?

BatteryQuality.com offers a hassle-free return policy for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. However, batteries that have been installed, used, damaged, or are missing parts may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged products.
