At BaseballBats.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Additionally, please include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to inspection before processing the refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. Keep in mind that personalized or custom bats are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. For further instructions and to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will be glad to assist you.
