What is your return policy?

We strive to provide utmost customer satisfaction. Our return policy allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. However, please note that the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. We aim to process all returns promptly to ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
