The return policy for Barneys at Saks allows customers to return unworn and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be made in-store or by mail, accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Pre-owned merchandise and final sale items are not eligible for return. If the return is processed within 30 days, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. After 30 days, in-store credit or an exchange will be offered. Online purchases can only be returned by mail. Barneys at Saks reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet their criteria or shows signs of wear and tear.
