What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Barnestorm allows customers to return any unused or unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We understand that sometimes expectations may not be met, or circumstances may change, so we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team via email or phone with their order details. Once the return is authorized, customers will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. Please note that personalized or customized items are non-returnable.
