Yes, there are requirements for returns or exchanges on Bamsoftball.com. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must notify our customer support within 14 days of receiving their order. The products must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. The original packaging should also be included. In some cases, a proof of purchase may be required. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error on our end. Clearance and final sale items are also non-returnable. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
