Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from Balmworks.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with our products.
