Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bagsbuy.com, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. However, please note that personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they are defective. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
