What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Awswireless.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging intact. We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged or used improperly. Additionally, certain products such as earphones and personal hygiene items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
