Our return policy at Autoaccessoriesgarage.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or there was an error on our part. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.
