Our return policy at AudioJamOnline.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories. However, please note that some items, such as headphones and earphones, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are unopened. Additionally, any damage caused by the customer will result in a partial refund or no refund at all.
