Can I return items that I purchased online in-store?

Yes, you can return items that you purchased online in-store at Athleta. We offer the convenience of returning online purchases at any of our physical store locations. Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return along with the original invoice or packing slip, and our friendly store team will be happy to assist you with the return process. Please note that the item(s) must be in original condition with tags attached and within our specified return window. If you prefer to receive a refund, it will be credited back to your original form of payment. For exchanges or store credit, our store associates will be glad to help you find a suitable replacement or provide you with an Athleta gift card.
