Our return policy at Asianfoodgrocer.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within three days of delivery, providing the order number and product details. We may request supporting evidence such as photos to process the return. Refunds or replacements will be issued after verification. However, we do not accept returns for perishable items or products that have been opened or used. If you change your mind about a non-perishable item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, but it must be unopened and in its original packaging.
