The return policy for Ascena Retail Group allows customers to return items within 45 days of the original purchase date, either by mail or in-store. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the tags attached, along with the original receipt or packing slip. If customers choose to return by mail, they will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees.
