Our return policy at AppliancePartsPros.com allows for returns within 365 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes the part you ordered may not be the right fit or meet your expectations. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that returned items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition for a refund. Additionally, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. We strive to provide excellent customer service and make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
