What is the return policy?

Aperim Pty Ltd offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department via email or phone with your order details. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
