Our return policy at Apartysource.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and offer peace of mind when making a purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Some products, such as personalized items or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund accordingly.
