Our return policy at Animalden.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. However, there are a few important conditions to consider. Products must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. For sanitary reasons, some items like pet beds or toys cannot be returned once used. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
