Our return policy at Angara.com ensures customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or may be damaged during transit. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging with all accompanying certificates and documents. Customers can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team, who will provide a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or exchange as per customer preference. However, custom-made and personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Our aim is to provide a seamless return experience while ensuring customer satisfaction.
