What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Amish Country Quilts is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the returned item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. We also require proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation. Shipping charges, both for the initial delivery and return, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
