What are the fees associated with late payments?

Asked 6 months ago
At Amigo Energy, we understand that life sometimes brings unexpected challenges which might result in late bill payments. To provide transparency to our customers, we have outlined our fees associated with late payments. If a payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $10 will be applied to the account. In addition, a finance charge of 1.5% per month (or an annual percentage rate of 18%) will be assessed on the unpaid balance. It is essential to note that these fees are subject to state regulations and may vary accordingly. We encourage customers to make timely payments to avoid these charges, and if any difficulties arise, our customer service team is always available to help find a solution.
