What is your return policy?

Our return policy at American Meadows is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes your order might not meet your expectations, and we want to make it right for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return process. Please note that all returned items should be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
