At Amedadirect.com, we strive to provide our customers with utmost satisfaction. Our return policy aims to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process.
