What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Alternative Apparel is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund. We do not accept returns on final sale or promotional items. To make a return, simply fill out our online return form, and once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. A return processing fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed, and once completed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
