What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Allstarhealth.com is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, there are a few exceptions to this policy. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including supplements or personal care items, due to safety and hygiene reasons. Additionally, any items that are marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end.
