Our return policy for electric scooters is straightforward and hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Allelectricscooters.com, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the scooter for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the scooter must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging. We understand that trying out a new scooter is necessary to make an informed decision, so if you have ridden the scooter, there may be a restocking fee applied. Please note that any damages caused by misuse or neglect are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process.
