What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Airgundepot.com allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Any opened or used items may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a prepaid return label for a hassle-free return and replacement. However, we do not accept returns on ammunition or international orders.
