What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, such as headphones, earphones, and earbuds for hygienic reasons. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strive to process all returns promptly and provide a seamless experience for our valued customers.
