What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. We will work with you to either send a replacement item or issue a refund for the damaged product. In order to expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
