Our return policy at ABC Lanyards is designed to ensure our customers' satisfaction with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and if all conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. We strive to make the return experience as smooth and efficient as possible to guarantee customer satisfaction.
