What is your return policy?
Our return policy at 6ave.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
