What is the return policy?

Our return policy at 4wd.com allows customers to return most items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit. However, certain exclusions and conditions may apply. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition, unless they are defective or damaged. Prior authorization is necessary for all returns, and customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Special orders, electrical products, and items marked as "non-returnable" are ineligible for return.
