Our return policy at 42Photo.com is customer-focused and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes your purchase may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for most items, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and packaging intact. However, some exclusions apply, such as software, personalized items, and consumables. Additionally, we offer a 15% restocking fee on some products. To initiate a return, simply fill out our online return form and follow the provided instructions. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, you will be issued a refund within a reasonable timeframe.
